get out a gear puller and go to town. I pulled four rear hubs in the span of an hour one night...hub swap...it can be done.

What I used had three claw type fingers on it, each one slip on an edge of the hub while the center screw pressed into the half shaft. In the process it pushed the shaft out and freed the hub.

The hub is pressed into the bearing. Remove it as an assembly (3 bolts behind)and take it to a machine shop.

If you're talking about removing the hub from the halfshaft, hit the center of the shaft with a hammer to push it in and "break" it (where the axle nut screws on), then pull the hub off.

sometimes they get rusted. unbolt the half shaft and put the hub nut on backwards before you hammer.

heat that bitch up(assuming you're replacing the bearings???) and pull it off......the oxy-accetelyne torch is your best frined when it comes to press fit things.
