That's probably a good idea.

I hit a curb because I locked up on sand. No damage, luckily, but it scared the **** out of me.

Good luck with it.

As far as the work itself....just go slow and try not to rush yourself. Its all a matter of remembering how it went together. If the other side is still good tehn you have a referance to go with. Just remember to torque everything back down to spec. And for the body work, nothing a good pair of sideskirts cant hide.

hmm to bad im underaged but im sure my dad would buy beer for help...you think a nice set of side skirts would cover most of it if I had the rocker puller out and the door aligned

yeah, most side skirts run the full length under teh door, and then up a bit along the quarter panels. Ive got minor damage in teh same area on both sides of my car and will be usuing side skirts to hide it.

but I thought the side skirts were mouled onto the rocker panel...so if my rocker panel is pushed in about a 1/2 inch I still have to have the body work done to it or would it be alright..and then theres the whole thing with the door not fitting correctly

That body work looks difficult to fix I think it'll cost you $$, you can't just toss some side skirts on it's really far from aligning with the door. If you're putting skirts on then maybe the cheapest way to go would be get a front drivers fender from the scrap yeard, then get everything pulled so it aligns properly but don't worry about making it pretty and put on the side skirts. Really you're best off driving to a few local body shops and talking to them.
