smog and premix and methyl hydrate

I have a 1990 s5 turbo.

Hey guys i was just wondering if it would be okay to smog my car while running premix. I am running 100:1 premix. (1 0z per gallon)
I was planning on smogging my car with the regular 1 ounce to one gallon with less than a 1/4 of gas in the tank. (maybe 3-5 gallons) (also should i run 87 octane to help burn the fuel cleaner)
And then adding methyl hydrate to the gas. Im not sure how much methyl hydrate to put so any suggestions?

Then right after the test i was gonna fill up the tank with 91 octane to dilute the methy hydrate solution.

(basically do you think i can get by passing the test with premix (100:1), methyl hydrate (i dont know how much to put), 4-5 gallons of 87 octane.)

(i also plan on hooking up the air pump directly to the cat)

sorry if this seems confusing thanks guys
