my rex smells like oil when im running it, just out of the tail pipes though, my question is, is the smell of oil normal and if not how do i fix it or just make it so it doesnt smell as bad as it does and what type of engine oil is the best for the 1990 RX-7?( for the summer or year around)

My TII has a slight nutmeg burning smell, but I think that's just what a boosted car with near straight pipes and no heat shielding smells like
