Thats an easy question. Simply reach up under the cars front bumber (directly underneath the headlights) and manually turn the control ***** in the clockwise direction.
Here in Japan they actually make a kit where you can control it electronically. Some even allow you to program the pulses to a rhythmic tune.

Speaking of the Pivot controller, anyone have any idea what color wire goes to what? I got one brand new off ebay a while ago but missing instructions, it's the RHU-M. I'm guessing black=ground, red=power, yellow=+ headlight input, grey=headlight output. Not sure where you tie into the headlights either.

rice my butt. if it has to do something with drift style it ant. lol my lights are sleepy to right now. because i got a blown low headlights so I got them blocked alittle with the bumper and get those bad boys on bright.lol looks good

i have sleepy eyes, "pop-up" trailing edge of hood, rolled fenders, 15 inch vert rims and lowerd 1.5 inch. It's all in the style of driving/looks. When it rains out you better belive i go drifting in the industial area of my city. it's great fun! and i look good doing it too.. (sleepy eye = drift car) usually.
