Thats an easy question. Simply reach up under the cars front bumber (directly underneath the headlights) and manually turn the control ***** in the clockwise direction.
Here in Japan they actually make a kit where you can control it electronically. Some even allow you to program the pulses to a rhythmic tune.

Speaking of the Pivot controller, anyone have any idea what color wire goes to what? I got one brand new off ebay a while ago but missing instructions, it's the RHU-M. I'm guessing black=ground, red=power, yellow=+ headlight input, grey=headlight output. Not sure where you tie into the headlights either.

i have sleepy eyes, "pop-up" trailing edge of hood, rolled fenders, 15 inch vert rims and lowerd 1.5 inch. It's all in the style of driving/looks. When it rains out you better belive i go drifting in the industial area of my city. it's great fun! and i look good doing it too.. (sleepy eye = drift car) usually.

"Sleepy Eyes" aren't necessarily rice, but are certainly ugly.

Don't do it.
