Well, it depends on what you want sound-wise. They will be pretty much the same as far as power output but will sound differently. Generally speaking, duals will be quiter than singles for a given muffler, but thats not always the case. RB has good quality products and have a nice mellow understated sound. The apex N1 is also well made but is mucher louder. Thats what I have and I love it, but it does get annoying on long trips. Anyway, the best thing is to look for sound clips and compare them.
If your low on cash get the corksport power series single catback. Its a great exhaust and very inexpensive. Also, if you do get it dont forget to buy the silencer too. It will be worth it as the corksport exhaust can be loud, especially if you have headers or any other exhaust mods like a high flow cat or straight pipe.

Well, the apex N1 isn't exacly cheap. And I wouldn't get the "N1 style" mufflers as they sound like ***. If you are wanting to do it cheap, you can get Borla XR-1's and use them in a custom made exhaust.

I got two dynomax ultra flow Welded performance mufflers on mines.
Its a true dual configuration, and OMFG that **** is freaking loud.
Its like a v8 with open headers.
My racing beat presilencer came in 2 days ago and im installing that, but Im sick as a dog and too tired to finish it.
I ran the car with just the Road racing header and the presilence and its quieter then just running with the Dynomax mufflers....
I personally prefer duals over single.
BTW, the corksport catback is REALLY loud when you step on it. But at idle it sounds freaking nice.
