Unless you find a wrecked 89-91TII parts car, you wont find a used set for sale. You can buy them new (painted) from mazda but they are pricey. I can get exact prices and availability if your interested.

Probably close to $1K for both sides, but you can always call mazda customer service and see if you can get them cheaper.
There's 4 pieces.
I would also get the mazda front nose lip (also know as the vanity skirt). There's 2 types - the 1 piece is $120 and the 3 piece is $900 (which may be wrong). I'm planning to call mazda cust. service on why the 3 piece is very overpriced. Just purchased the 1 piece and it looks pretty sweet.
Lastly - not OEM but the rear bumper skirt (not sure who makes them) looks pretty sweet as well.
You might also like the sunroof windguard that mazda still sells as well.

Hey vaughnc, I just talked with a local Mazda dealer "Bird Road Mazda" and they can get me the(3) three piece front lip (wider) spoiler for $150.60 and I get it in a week!!!
Would that be a direct bolt on to my 89 GXL? I wanna get it.....

Yeah, I just found out I was looking at the 86-88 front lip and it's WAY more expensive - probably because they're OEM reproductions and they want more cost recovery.
I should have been looking at the 89-92 ground effect section - which as you mentioned is way cheaper.
BTW - I saw what looked like a rear bumper skirt in the 86-88 sections. I'll check again next week on what that is.
