Shuddering @ 1600-1800 rpm, what up wit dat?

lately, ive noticed a shuddering, or vibration that my car makes both while sitting still and revving, and while rolling @ 1600-1800 rpm. i can feel it come up thru the floor. and i cant figure out what it is. it seems like something is out of balance, and harmonic vibrations come into play. im not sure what could have gone wrong. or even what to blame it on.

my only guess is bad clutch/flywheel/P.plate, or input shaft on my 5 speed, or...i have no idea. someone help, im sorta worried.

it could be your tranny mount.there seems to be a lot of problems[or the engine mounts],i was having vibrations in certain rpm bands and the tranny mount fixed it.to check it,safely jack up and support your car, visualy inspect it,and use a screwdriver or something to see if it has a lot of play in it. hope that helps.
