shox/springs/bushings etc....

hi. my car is really bumpy. i have Suspension Techniques springs on my 87tII. i think my shox are all shot as hell now and i hear thumping in the rear. if i were to change everything, do u guys think my ride will be 100x better? where can i buy bushing kits and how long would it take a shop to install them(or how much would it cost)? i have heard alot about the Tockico adjustables and the cost roughly 150 for each corner. are they worth it? will it make the ride more tolerable? and my ST springs. does anyone have them or have specs on them or any opinions on them? i dont know diddly **** about suspension and would like my rex to be as comfortable as my lowered bimmer or any lowered sedan. thanks alot.

I have ST springs on my race car. They are linear, not progressive, so the ride is pretty harsh compared to other springs like Eibach's. For ride comfort, get a set of KYB AGX's and a set of Eibach's. They make a nice ride when set on soft settings on the AGX's, and they are nice and tight for canyon carving with the AGX's tighter and the Eibach's working their magic.
