hacking up your engine bay? it takes two well cut holes behind your headlights(one on each side...), and pretty much complete removal of the bumper support. and some trimming of the bumper itself to fit the IC behind it

Wow almost sounds too easy... what I'm referring to is where exactly to cut the holes so they are as small as possible, and I'm waiting on my engine to arrive so I can't try and eyeball everything to see where it should go.

Wait for your engine to be in before you cut holes if you want to do it right.

I have the same kit and will be installing soon. I hate the idea of cutting up my bumper support. Oh well

Def wait for your engine to be installed so you can do it right. Also some vac line cut down the middle will be a edge cover after the holes are cut. Good luck and take pics please.

dont cut the support, just remove it. the amount you have to remove is more than 75%. it pretty much just leaves where you bolt it up. pretty pointless... the CorkSport kit comes with a template for the holes. you can go to their site and get it in PDF

http://support.corksport.com/instruc...-6-125-WEB.pdf

page 17 and 18 i think

I have a greddy knockoff. If you have power steering and a/c you will have fitment issues by the brake fluid resivour. I'll try to see if I any pictures on my computer. My motor is out now.

well, im gonna wait for my fresh atkins streetport motor to get here before i cut anymore **** up. but here are some pics so you can see what im dealing with.

and my car has a manual steering rack now aswell as no a/c.

Black car is where i got my turbo swap from, white car is my current car.

First issue; p.o. for reasons unknown spaced out the passenger side intercooler pipe so even if his hole was pretty i couldnt copy it anyway.

Heres is gaping hole;

my hole that started out small but due to that pipe coming in with multiple weird angles it wont stop growing, i really wanted the smallest possible cleanest looking holes. are both pipes supposed to cut through the corners if that makes sense?

heres the parts cars ugly driver side hole;

and my cars driver side which im going to wait on;
.

any feedback or help is appreciated.

Mine is basically the same. Not quite as ugly of holes. But the greddy is tough cause of the piping. I'd eliminate that extra coupler on the intercoooler also if you wanted you could take a couple pieces of sheet metal and cover the holes and start over to cleann it up a bit.
