Should I upgrade my injectors???
I own a 1988 Rx7 Vert..... my current setup is a fully stage 2 ported motor,
RB headers,
stock mufflers
RB presilencer
CAI
Centerforce clutch
....
I recented felt that my feul pump was about to go so i ordered a Walbro 255 lph fuel pump.
I am currently running the stock injectors that came with the car.. i beliave they are 460cc Low impedance....
Should I consider upgrading??? and will i get HP gains???
Please, any ideas are appreciated

never any need to upgrade on a n/a.. most ppl when they get a safc tune them wayyyyyyyyyy down.. you will probally run really really rich with that pump in there.. you shouldve just taken a trip to the local JY and got another one of a T2 one if you feel the need

you will run way rich with bigger injectors unless you end up running boost of some kind. with a factory fuel system, i've seen guys lean out their high end up to -25% with dyno tuning to back it up. if you are itching to do something with your injectors, get them cleaned and matched

ya unless you do porting and allow alot of air into the engine. You will not need to upgrade the fuel system. Our cars run rich as it is. You could try hooking up a 88 t2 AFM which will lean out your mixture and give you more power I dont know how much it leans it out by I would probubly get a A:FR Guage first. That is what im going to do right now.
