Shifter

My shifter makes a rattling noise while driving. It goes away when I hold my hand on top of it and it isnt the ****. Anyone know how to fix this annoying little problem?

Aftermarket or original shift ****?

edit: ...because I've had different problems with both and fixed it. Does the shifter coloumn twist a little from side to side?

Exclamation

If you have Mazdatrix like I do, then you have a pretty high chance of the shifter ratteling on ya. People at Mazdatrix have no idea why thsi happens and they've tried replacin the bushings many a times and it still rattles, but it's only on wide open throttle. During normal driving everything's A-Ok.

Peace,
AJ ^_^
