the shaking is really bad

Hey guys like the title says my engine is shaking...i searched all last night just to find out that it could be a number of things..but key me tell you my story and maybe we can figure this bad boy out..

WenT along and fixed my limp mode and exhaust leak guys thanks for the tips from back then...now after putting everything together, still got that rough idle but now its not high surging, its low..between 800 down too 500 rpm..kinda sketch but o don't wanna condemn my thermowax/bac yet... Car is a s5 na... I notice the shake add i tried to adjust idle. Tps didn't seam tho help clear it, Abs adjusting the throttle stop from filly closed (less shaking looks more like a misfire) to raising the air that enters the chamber ( increased engine shaking) this is all at idle...when driving everything seems to smooth out...temps don't effect the shakes this happens got or cold..feel it in shifter add I decel and when i brake car wants to stall almost...
Any tips would be great..i know ion not a newb on the forum, but I'm a total newb when it comes to these motors still.

I will do a compression test as soon as I get my *** out of bed..and maybe play with the tps again..since its an na I'm shipped to adjust the bac too but idk how that **** operates or where that damn screw is lol please help

Follow this method for S5 TPS adjustment. 2nd Gen TPS Adjustment If you haven't changed the spark plugs go ahead and do that. Also if you don't have good quality ignition wires order the NGKs at least. Autoparts store brands won't cut it.

.I'll adjust the tps soon as i get home I'm sure one trip to red line should have the engine warmed up good enough

Good wires will last a long time. If they are still factory I would replace them, and if you don't know what they are, replace them.

My wires are from mazdatrix. One of the first things I've done add party of the time up before i even put the cat on the road...just wondering if they're ones rated for more amperage... So adjusted everything..throttle stop is at a full closed position..shakes are minimal but still there..surging between 800-600 when fully hot..Hmmm maybe my stick thermo wax could be the cause..anyway to fix that..
