Service Bulletin #F-005/95, Anyone have this?

Ok, if you guys remember, a few days ago i posted that my car would not run after rebuilding the intake...well with the help of brian from mazdaformance, we figured out that when mazda svitched from the paper main intake gasket to the metal sandwitch...they also put out this Service Bulletin. Does anyone have a copy of this bulletin, or know where i can find it? It has a certain tightening sequence, new tourque specs, and it talks of some sort of "Molybdenum" grease. What the heck is Molybdenum grease???

thanks

the Molybdenum grease is probably just plain gasket sealant. without going out to check, I can't be positive, but I'd assume that's about all you'd need to do. Just pick up some Gasket Sealant, remove old gasket, put on new one with some sealant on it, and retorque (being sure to do it in the "correct" sequence)

Yeah, that metal gasket. I have heard of that. Not sure where to get the gasket. would like to have had it

The grease is to asist the metal gasket in staying in place during intake install.

When I got my engine from atkins they had instructions for a metal gasket. Not like I had one.

Email them. www.atkinsrotary.com is the website.

I am sure Dave can give you insight.

And DAMN those TSBs!!!! That is freaking great we can read a list of subjects. Why can't we have access to the text!!!

I made my gaskets to avoid the $40 charge for them. Theyve been on a few months and havent had any negative results
