any ideas why my tii has a servere jerking under boost and won't accelerate. it seems fine for about two seconds and then the car jerks back and fourth. also harsh backfire on decceleration. help please. thanks in advanve.

 

Check your TPS. Its probably the culprit, either dead or out of adjustment.

Yes the TPS will cause what you described in your first post, as well as the jumpy/crappy idle. When the car is warming up, does the rpm's bounce up and down? I'd try adjusting it first, then replacing it secondly. I had to replace mine...
