series of release bearing

how can i tell which series release bearing/throw out bearing i should use? i dont konw if i have a series 4 or series 5 tranny, same with teh motor. does the throw out bearing correlate with the tranny or the motor?

As far as I know, all through out bearings are the same - S4,S5, turbo and N/A...

why does mazdatrix have two different part numbers for two different series (4 or 5) of the car?
