Series-4 vs. Series-5 Redlines

I don't know, I've never done it myself, but I'd be willing to bet that redlining it in every gear is best, seeing as we don't exactly have close ratio transmissions. It'll also be dependant on the exact porting, what rotors are used, what intake is used, what exhaust is used and stuff like that.

Bah, I only find it slightly odd that my F22c has a higher redline than my rotary. Of course, it also has a good 20+ years of development on it too...
So if I were to do this, where would everyone recommend that I get the parts to do it from?

Yes, multiply the power by the gear ratio for the vertical axis and then divide the horizontal by the gear ratio to make 1st tall and skinny, 2nd shorter and wider, and so on. If the two lines cross over then that's the shift point.

How much are you willing to spend on this rebuild? Sounds awesome, but pricey. Also, Ive heard the older 4 port NA is beter to use than the 6 port NA engines. Anyone know if this is true?
