Whats that small 2 prong sensor thing on the drivers side of the dynamic chamber?

ok its been unplugged for god knows how long... This would cause me to run rich? And how do i know which way it plugs back on? or does it matter?

It doesn't matter wich way you plug it in, and yes it will defenitly have an impact on fuel economy if left unplugged.
