secondary fuel rail leakage

just got through replacing the injector o-rings/insulators/grommets,etc. on my 88 t2 trying to fix a fuel leak, but now it seems to be coming from the end of the rail itself. theres a 19mm bolt on the end closest to the front of the car that holds the fuel line fitting on. does anyone know if theres another o-ring/gasket in there, or do i have to get a new rail? doesnt seem to be anything in the FSM about it .

There are 2 copper washers in there that may need to be replaced. Shouldn't be too hard.
