secod rotor flooding

the car turn over wants to fire up but never get there. i pulled the car with my 323 the other day and took the engine up to 5000RPM lots of smoke from the atf but no start. so yesterday i took the egi comp fuse out and un plged the fuel pump, cranked the engine over and this big mist of fuel comes out of the #2 leading hole (tralings plugs are still installed) and out of #1 rotor there is some gas but not nearly as much. at first i thot the #1 what not working, but i then realised that the #2 spark plug is allways weet when i pull it out and #1 is dry.
so what would make the #2 injector flood? can it be tha that car satt there for 10 years and cause the injectors to get stuck open? (can the fuel regulator make only one injector flood?) thanks for your help in advance.

i hace all so tried the aft trick and its not working thers just to much gas there lol
