There's no such thing as perfect...

There is loud and max power.
There is quiet with okay power.

What is your definition of "perfect"?

your best bed is to get the SDJ with a 2.5" test pipe from corksport, or 2.5" pre silencer from RB, with a nice quality catback, either corksport or something else

I am an authorized SDJ Dealer. We have Dyno tested against the Mindtrain, RB and ISC header on the Engine Dyno, we consistantly show a 12-15 HP gain over the other headers. The truth however in the lap times. We gained ~1 second per lap at Roebling and Mid-Ohio in Testing. The Header is available in my EBAY Store

um... afaik, a new air filter, and a full exhaust will give you about 80 hp.

just kidding. but really, a full exhaust might and i stress the might part, get ayou around 30 to 50 hp depending on your setup. you might need to get those things you stick in the tail pipe that make it sound like you have a turbo. also some muffler bearings and cross drilled brake lines might help a ton.

Do the SDJ headers connect to the CS race pipe and still end up to where the stock catback connect?

...gee, do you think i might need some performance headlight fluid too? or will the normal dot8 fluid work ok?

Ive already seen that theres a 12-15 hp gain over the RB setup. (im looking for the increse over stock, not over the RB header. and THAT is the info that i have yet to find)
If i were to run SDJ header, and then 2.5 straight pipe to the Y and then say the RB mufflers (just cause none other come to mind off the top of my head) what type of HP gain am i looking at from BONE stock. also, whats power difference between the corkspot test pipe, and the RB pre-silencer? any? seems as though the pre-silencer would only take away from HP (but perhaps it would add a little to back pressure? i dont know)

well, on a dyno the RB or Mazdatrix true dual setup shows an increase of 28% in power on a dyno, thats 40.88hp on a S4 N/A which is 186.88hp, and 204.8hp on an S5 n/a, im thinking its 28% at the flywheel, which is what those numbers suggest. Talking to several very knowledgable people from this forum, from all their information, it seems with a very well tuned exhaust its possible to get up to 70hp-75hp out of an exhaust on an n/a, if the true dual does 40 on S4 and 44 on S5, the SDJ makes 12-15 more by itself, with the rest tuned right, to the back, you could probably see, on a realistic scale, ~60hp. N/A's dont need anything above 2.5" piping, back pressure is bad for exhaust, you dont want any.
