Is power way down?
Check engine light?
Is the car stock, or modified?

I'm not sure, but you may be hitting the over boost fuel cut.

When you're cruising with the throttle very near idle, you can sometimes hear the rear rotor fuel cut. It's like a soft growl.
When you're decelerating with a closed throttle, you get fuel cut on both rotors (you're just pumping air). If while slowing down, you pick up just a little throttle, you can hear the front rotor get fuel before the rear.
Same sound?

not really.. it kinda sounds like that but alot louder.. it sounds as tho a hose is loose or sumthing... its hard to explain... it only makes the noise when not accelerating.. so even at high rpms while decelerating it will make the noise or with the clutch in..anytime im not accelerating

Is the ACV outlet pipe & muffler hooked up?
Maybe air pump noise?
