TPS Assistance

Folks,

I'm an automotive rookie, and since the folks are trying to get rid of their RX, I figure I can blow it up and not worry about anything. My question....where is the TPS? Downloaded the service manual and it didn't answer my question. Attached a LINK TO HERE, please lemme know which one it is.

It is on the throttle body. Is this a n/a or a turbo rx-7? This will help with location which side of the engine it is on and where to look.

Looks like A-Hard to tell where line is directed. The TPS has the black plunger extended which contacts the throttle.

The red *A* is the tps plug. The tps is on the other end about four inches away. That is indeed the plug.

Well from the looks of the picture(if the pic car is his) I say its a S5 NA. In the pic it looks like your "A" is pointing to the harness for the TPS and the "B" is ???

Thanks guys. I'm going to call my uncle (hobby mechanic) and start taking some stuff apart (no guarantee i'll be able to get it back together, but it's not my car so who cares). I really appreciate the input.

Yup, it's n/a (sadly)....auto too.

The "B" connectors are for the MOP.
