Question Scary hesitation/stubling on my rebuild

the other day I was playing around with my timing, I have no timing light so I fully retarded my timing just to prevent detonation. I calibrated my TPS, and my 7 is boosting alot nicer and smoother than beforem however when it climbes up 3500 rpm when the gas is pressed hard it stumbles and kind of hesitates, almost like its missing. but if I climb slowly thru the rpm range it does not do that, unly under boost loads of about 5 - 6 lbs. I cannot take it higher than that due to something being up with my secondarys. they are not kicking in for some reason, I aslo believe the injectors could be bad/clogged. and cause the engine is not fully broken in yet so I cannot take it to far past 4krpm.

*my SAFCII registers no knocking conditions, my narrowband is displaying a rich condition under boost and lean when I let off the throttle. ( I know, narrowband tuning is bad, I need a wideband when I make a little more $$$ )

any help is greatly appreciated
