the bronze colored window glass sounds kinda neat.

Anyway, Savanna was available in Japan as kind of a scaled up model, I believe. Like a Mercury instead of a Ford.

That is an Infini IV, which was a late 90 model only in Japan. It has been covered many times here, you may wish to do a search. It was a boy racer version of the T2, with special wheels, tires, exhaust, seats and without all the power GeeGaws.

Bronze window glass was also found on the 88 10AE of the T2.

BTW: all SA/FB and FCs sold in Japan were Savanna models. Savanna was just the name of the line they were sold under, much like the Integra/RSX is sold here as an Acura. The RX-7 line was renamed/replaced from Savanna to Efini early 92 in Japan.

that is a pic of the inifin IV, a special sports model FC made in very limited production I believe. it was lower, stiffer, complete with a front strut brace, recaros, mom wheel, low restriction exhaust, special 16 inch BBS wheels and p-zero tires, debadged of all RX-7 logos and w/ special green/black paint. Also, sound deading material was all gone and the stereo was removed...no power windows, no sunroof. It was a pure drivers car and if I had one it would get a DP and new catback...thats IT!!! What a gorgeous car!!!

Actually they came with a a downpipe and re-tuned cat back form the factory which gave them about 10 HP more than the standard T2.

yep, i noted the low restriction exhaust in my other post...but it's not a 3 inch DP and I'm sure the catback is less than 2.5 inch. A full aftermarket de-catted 3 inch would yield some nice power on top of the stock infini exhaust (would need an FCD too I guess). I'd go with the R-Magic duals on a real infini IV...beautiful stuff, aggressive...but not as showy as say a Dual N1. I'd wanna keep an inifini IV stock looking
