Sanden and Nippondenso AC system differences

Sanden and Nippondenso AC system differences
I know that the sanden and nippondenso compressors have differenct fittings and such, but what about the rest of the ac system? The main thing im interested in is if the evaporator assembly is the same between the two systems.
