Safe sutup?

Mods
3" open exhaust
ported wastegate
large street port , with race ported exhaust
cone filter on AFM
rtek1.7
apexi safc
720cc secondaries
recently cleaned and flow tested 550 primaries
boost controller to 12psi
rebuilt motor
running premix
no emissions
aftermarket mechanical boost guage
FD fuel pump , rewire
stock turbo and top mount

Does this sound like a reliable combonation to everyone?

Also thinking about 75 shot of spray with retard box and all saftey switches sound good? Or mabey intercooler sprayer? opinions?

the problem with spray is overboost. I think it will overwhelm your stock wastegate, even if ported. Intercooler sprayer is a whole different story. That would be a good call.

It sounds like you have a solid setup there though. You should have a wideband on there as well... I mounted it right below the tach on an autometer universal mounting pod. Whenever I look down, I can see RPM and AFR.

Well then that is whats is gonna be for a while and final wastegate porting starts tonight and then i plan to run the car at the track before the rtek, 720s, and boost controller and safc. Really want a solid setup and want a baseline to see my progress hence the 25th of this month im going with friends to the track and run it. Then ill put on rtek , injectors and the rest then run again. Any one know what hp level i should be around? im unsure. And a1/4 mile time?

Isn't an Rtek plus the safc a little overkill?

Oh yeah i have no controller yet waiting to make a trip to a friends house to get the boost controller( greddy profec b) the old one but works great , and the injectors. hes hooking it up nice less $200 for the controller and injectors so thats my plan.
And rtek 1.7 is not adjustable, and just allows larger injectors but dosent add more fuel from what i understand the safc will.

sounds good man, your gonna be at the limits for the stock turbo and TMIC though. But your on track, just keep it rich under boost - get the wideband to make sure the SAFC and rtek are keeping you safe. The TMIC will start to lose it's effiecieny and your air isn't gonna be as cold, I think that increase the chance of detonation, hence the wideband.

Post pics of the car please.

Really conteplating a intercooler sprayer. Found a naws kit here for 150$ and all i would need to do is get the bar sprayer and that would chill out the intake temps a hell of alot. Sound good?

I had a 50 shot of spray stock turbo, ported wastegate with no overboost problems. Maybe if one went higher like 100 shot you would have this problem.

Well , im proabably gonna leave out the spray and find a deal on a good used wastegate like a 50-60mm and adapt that to the manifold later and and then spray a good shot. Thanks though.
