Safe to run(T2)...

A FCD & s-afc with full intake and exhaust? I know I've asked alot of T2 questions but want to be positive about not blowing my engine. Thanks.

Yes that's safe to run, but more info is needed. How much boost?

I actually don't know. I mean the boost will be uncontrolled until I get the wastegate ported and a boost controller. I want to keep it at or under 10psi though.

Keep the stock airbox on. That'll help to keep the turbo down.

Hmm, thats the only mod I have done so far, an intake. Should I send my turbo and wastegate in to get upgraded and ported already? Man I have some money to spend but am having trouble deciding what to get and when.

Well when you get an exhaust and guages, put the stock airbox back on. That way, when you do put on the exhaust, you don't spike and kill the motor. Gently ease up on the pressure.

If that money is really eating a whole in your pocket, make sure you have everything you need to sustain the other upgrades. IE Fuel->exhaust...

Ya my plan was to get some 720cc injectors, s-afc, fcd and some gauges. Then get a dp/mp. Then get a walbro fuel pump. Then get the turbo upgraded and wastegate ported. Then get a boost controller. And that would be about it for power mods for a while.

720 injectors
Fuel Pump
SAFC

Is what I will be using to run my hybrid turbo. Remember a boost contoler can NOT lower boost, only raise it.

Ya thats why I want to get my wastegate ported when I get the turbo upgraded. And where are you getting the 720cc injectors? You are putting those in the secondaries correct? Are they a direct fit? Thanks alot.

I am getting the 720's from a friend. Lots of places offer direct replacment injectors. Yes i am putting them in the secondary fuel rail. I am however thinking of making the primaries a bit bigger as well.

Well are these "top-feed" ones direct replacement?

I would assume so. You might want to send them an email to find out whether those are high or low impedance.
