SAFC Tuning for some dyno #'s

Whuz up guys I wanted to know is it better to tune your SAFC a bit leaner up in the higher rpms for more power. i know that leaning it out can give u a little power but I dont want to make it to lean. Right before I bought the car it was dynoed and the owner said it dynoed at 185rwhp. The only thing I really need is that Road Race Header from RB, considering the easiest way to make HP in a N/A rotary is through the exhaust system. I really want to install that header and put her bck on the dyno along w/ a 75hp shot of Nitrous. I am looking to have at least 220-230rwhp. Or is it necessary to hook it up to a wideband b/c the shop that does my work said that I could gain another 10-15hp by getting the SAFC tuned on the dyno computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Mike
