S5 Water pump housing interchangability?

Hey guys,
I'm wondering if it's possible to swap water pump housings with different models? I am building a series 5 TII motor and the reason I have been looking to do this is because I want the housing to only have the bare essentials (modified engine going into a FB).

Thanks

I was able to fit a S4 waterpump housing on a Cosmo 13B RE. The water pumps themselves were different, but front iron bolt pattern was the same.

As long as you are not running the electronic OMP it will fit without any problems.

I am not runing an electronic OMP, i'm going to premix. You say it will fit I am just wondering if you could clarify, could I use a FD housing? Or are only s4 and s5 swappable?

s5 and S6 housings are different as far as the water pump goes, the bolt pattern where the water pump bolts to the front iron is all the same on all 13B engines so technically all 13B water pumps can be put on any series 13B engine but you may have to install that series engines front cover as there may be clearance issues. as well the pulleys are different from S4/5 to S6 as the S6 uses a serpentine belt and the water pump spins reverse compared to FC pumps.

Well the engine is going to be built with a GSL-SE front cover. What water pump housing has the fewest aux outputs anyways?

s4 n/a is the simplest if it will clear the cover.
