I have the ebrake pulled, car in neutral, everything else in the center console works, and it was just working a few hours ago.

Clean and sand the contacts on the switch.

When the EM braje is on, does the idiot light for it come on? I've never traced the e-brake circuit but it is most likely a control circuit that triggers a relay for the power circuit.
Check the FAQ and grab a copy of the FSM. Go torte convertible top section and perform the troubleshooting suggested.
If your switch is bad I have a '91 vert top switch that is extremely lightly used in its OEM bag somewhere.

Get a multi meter and test the switch not sure exact voltage it should pull...

Using the advanced search feature will provide you with many threads illustrating how to test the system to determine if it is a power issue or safety issue or something else.

 

Ended up taking the car to lucky seven. Its the strangest thing. They tried plugging the switch from another customers vert in, and it worked. Then i plugged mine back in, and all of a sudden it worked as well. So all is well, oddly enough.
