S5 vac ports ,etc.

I need a little help with some vacuum ports and coolant hoses for the S5 intake that I am putting on my GSL-SE. I looked at the vacuum diagram and found it to only be somewhat helpful. Here goes:

LIM: Standing over passenger side fender looking down at manifold.

2 vacuum ports that appear to be under air control valve (not sure, because there is no ACV on the manifold).

Middle intake (or lower part of UIM)

From the passenger side fender:

1. BAC valve----where do the colloant hoses go to on each side? There is also an air tube on the bottom of the BAC. Not sure where that goes.

2. On each side of the manifold right below the BAC, there are two vacuum ports. One is straight out and the other has a 45 degree bend. It appears that the straight ones are for the fuel injectors on the secondary fuel rail. But I'm not sure about the others with the bend.

3. On the left side of the manifold behind the BAC there are two vacuum tubes. One is straight, and the other has a 90 degree bend. Not sure where they go.

4. Now, looking at the middle intake from the driver's side, to the left of the VDI there is a vacuum port. I need to know where that goes. On the right side of the VDI is a sensor. I'm assuming that's the Air Temp Sensor.

Throttle Body----From passenger side fender

1. Left side of TB----Water Thermo valve with two coolant ports. I don't know where these go.

2. Left side of TB----there's an in-line check valve that has a "T" at the bottom. Where do the two vacuum ports go?

Dynamic Chamber:

There are three vacuum ports on the DC. I know one of them (I think the top) goes to the purge valve. Not sure about the other two. There is aslo a large port on the bottom of the DC?

I appreciate any help that you can give.
