S5 UMI on S4 block: Oil injector air bleeds go where?

I've been trying to find where the S5 oil injector air bleeds go; the S4 FSM is quite clean, but the S5 is not. Also, MazdaTrix doesn't even sell an S5 vacuum spider. So, should I "T" the air bleeds into the fuel injector air bleeds? Where does the S5 put those suckers anyway? Thanks!

air bleeds for the oil injectors goes between the throttle body and the AFM. I use the thinner of the two metal lines that comes down at the middle of main intake tube.
