S5 turbo oil feed bolt help!

Hey guys, came across what I never wanted to see today.. So awhile ago I removed all my emissions off my car, so I went and got a new turbo oil feed line. Well I went to bolt it in and the rear bolt went in real nice and easy on the turbo oil feed, the front bolt however. Not as easy. After not being able to get the bolt to thread in (a couple try's. Wanted to be gentle) I looked with the trouble light and saw that the first thread on the oil feed was starting to go. What do I do? Tap and dye set hoping to resurrect the thread? Andy help would be awesome!

Is the rear bolt fully tightened? You should insert and turn all the bolts in by hand before you start to tighten them fully.

The rear bolt is just hand tight and believe me, I do. No real idea how this happened.. Went To thread the bolt back in, started getting tight, stopped threading in, checked it out and the threads are getting fold -_-

yeah, just clean it up with a tap really quick... (after you take the flange off) it would be really hard to get metal shavings in the turbo oil hole but you can cover it with tape or something if you're concerned...

it also wouldn't hurt to oval out the flange hole a bit while you have it off....

it is probably due to the narrowed bolt pattern on that flange as eage mentioned. this isn't a standard T3 turbo, although the flange fits it isn't a perfect fit.
