I need to replace the cooling fan on my S5 turbo and am looking for as direct a fit as possible. I can't find one in a junkyard and imagine the OEM one is no longer available. I want to use the original mount points if possible. Any advice?

Seeing as how the stock fan is a clutch type, that's not gonna happen...

There are some efans however that fit pretty well. The mercury villager/ nissan quest fan is the best imo. But nothing will use the "stock mounting points, as that would mean it attaches to the crank pulley....

 

No, Mazda did have an auxiliary electric fan that was tied to the AC system (I think) on some models.
The fan was about 10" diameter.

 

yes. It's on my S5.

 

The fan was standard on S5 automatics and S5 Turbo models. You could use a generic 10" pusher. Try Summitracing.com.
