S5 TII TB to TII S4

Can you put a TB from a S5 TII onto a S4 TII? if so what do you need to do if anything?

TPS is different.
S5 doesn't have the linkage for the mechanical OMP.

The narrow-range TPS is the same, but it has a full-range TPS too, and both TPS's share one plug. With a bit of rewiring it would work fine (the full-range TPS would be redundant).

The OMP linkage is more important. If you still rely on the mechanical OMP for internal lubrication, you cannot use the S5 TB.

You don't mention why you want to do this. If it's for performance, the two TB's are identically sized, so there's no advantage.
