do you loose presure at high rmps?

the reason i ask is i recently installed one on my 88 tII. i have a problem loosing boost in the high rpm range full throttle. running 13-14psi and then just droping to like 6. just want some input.

That all really depends on your setup, hell I have seen stock s4 turbos make a progressive power from 5 to 10k rpms. startings at 5psi at 5k rpms, to 13psi at 10k rpms...

Lets start with this, what hybrid do you have exactly, more noteably the turbine side...

 

i have a stock s5 spindle housing and exuast turbine and housing w/ a garrett aireaserch t04 compressor and housing. not sure about the diameter of the compressor
