Im pretty sure they are the same but not 100% sure.I have a 91 sunroof complete assembly for sale and a guy has a S4.I just want to be able to make sure it fits before he buys it,so any info would be great.Thanks

 

Well, I put a mint Sunroof and It's electrical assembly on my 88 off a 91 TII, so I don't see there being a problem. Sell In confidence.

 

According to Mazda the panel is the same Part number, sell...sell... sell...
