S5 NA into S4 NA - searched

I swore I read a thread about this before but couldn't find it. I checked the FAQ's and Archive section but couldn't find anything.

What kind of horrors am I looking at to drop an S5 motor into an 88 vert?? Can I just swap the injectors?

Also, after reading the FAQ, if I read it right, 88 injectors are different from 86-87 and 89-91? That's a tad annoying. 88 injectors are high impedance square?
