S5 n/a Fuse Box Question
S5 n/a Fuse Box Question
I don't know where the EFI INJ 40A wire is suppose to connect to. Its on the same plug as the other 2 wires for the EFI COMP 30A, which connects to the main relay. I thought the EFI INJ would also connect to the main relay since it connects to the coils/etc. But from the diagrams that I've used and the online manuals, they don't say anything about this Green wire/Red line. Please help.
fuse box
I have a 1989 na car i can look at to see where the wire goes Im just wondering are you talking about the fuse box under the hood location. And are you saying that the wire has broke out of it. if so i can easly look at mine maybe even get a photo of it if that will help.
Yeah, I'm talking about the under the hood fuse box. Someone cut all the wires on the fuse box and I'm trying to put them back together. I need to know where the wire leads to from the fuse box. A picture would be great.
S4's have 40A EFI INJ and 30A EFI COMP fuses, but S5's only have a 30A EGI fuse. Sounds like you're looking at the wrong wiring diagrams.

Your photos match what the FSM says. From the link above, here's the diagram you need to be looking at:

The two wires sharing a connector on the left end of the first photo are the EGI wires. As per the FSM they're white/blue and white/red. Both these wires go to the Main Relay, and you can follow the circuits from there.
