i got an engine from an 89 vert to put into my 86, there seems to be some sort of exaust port right below my intake ports and my intake doesnt cover it totally so it leaks into my engine compartment, also when i drive it it stutters and doesnt have the power it should, any ideas why this could be? im thinking it could be in the fuel system, maybe older injectors flow more? or older model has higher fuel pressure?
