i was wondering if i can take a s4 turbocharger, and pull the hot side off, and bolt an s5 hot side onto the s4 turbocharger center section


reason i ask is my s5 turbo is trashed, and im picking up a s4 one, but my s5 wg is ported and i dont wanna have to port the s4 one.

so can i swap hot sides? and use the s5 hot side and s5 manifold on the s4 center section??

 

Offhand Im pretty sure you can, might have to swap w/g actuator, and you will have to swap the oil feed/return lines.
