S5 Cluster and Lights Not Working

S5 Cluster and Lights Not Working
I moved the car just about 25 feet and was receiving “charge” “add oil” “add coolant” lights just before the cluster stopped working. Though I was topped off with oil and coolant? Thanks in advance this is my 1990 Mazda Rx-7 Convertible
