ROFL, I think you were right the first time. You're probably looking at $600-1200 per bumper. Apparently a member of the program isn't allowed to tell you any information on pricing with the program, but on cosmetic things, like this, it's not usually that much cheaper.

In the meantime, call your local Mazda dealer, and they should be able to lay hands on them for you, or at least quote a price to you. Ask them if they have a discount for rx7club members. Here are the part numbers though -

Front fascia (cover only) - FC01-50-031
Front bumper reinforcment (not sure if it's the same as s4) - FC01-50-071
back bumper (cover only) - FC01-50-221A
back bumper reinforcement (again, not sure if you'll need it) - FB01-50-330B

Your cheapest bet is probably going to be finding one in a junkyard somewhere.
