s5 720 injector questions

s5 720 injector questions
I realize that there is not a direct replacement for the 720 because of ohms.?? is there a write up to change the ohms or whatever to make them work?? Im not a good electrician?? Whats the best way to get 720cc injectors to work in my s5 tII???
