If i was to get a s5 turbo swap with the following RX-7 S5 13B-T 89-91 - Engine, 5-Speed RWD Transmission, ECU, Intercooler, Complete Wiring(Un-Cut), should i worry about getting done with it?

I would recommend a full Turbo II drivetrain.

Is the engine shortblock? If yes, then there is a whole heap of things you will need to buy if your going to run it pretty much stock. If you buy the engine longblock then it should come with everything you need.
