S4 Wastegate porting (not usual question)(PICS)

Ok, i just want to know HOW much i can port? Is there any bad side of porting it ALOT and add a new flap?

Heres some pictures, If someone want to show me where i should stop to port with MSPAINT :P

Port it to the edge of the stock flap.

Welding on a bigger flap is even better since you can then increase the size of the wastegate hole even larger.

As long as the flap covers the wastegate hole there is absolutely no negative side affect to a hugely ported wastegate.

wouldn't that still have tons of boost creep with a 3" free flowing exhaust, and intake?

just fyi that was a usual question.

and Ryan, we ported the wastegate on a car with intake and full 3" exhaust. before the port it would see 11-12 psi in first and second (woo). After we ported it, it peaked at 5.5 psi.
