What?? Is this a joke??

The only extra thing you will need to 2 good sized o-rings from a TII gasget kit to block off the 2 coolent ports in the housings that aren't on the NA housings. You can get the o-rings seperatly from mazda, they get squeezed between the LIM and the assembled bolck.

That just seems like an accident waiting to happen. The proper way to do it is to permanently plug the holes. I know I saw some vendor that sold plugs for the holes.

Anyway, other than that they are a perfect fit. As noted, they will be louder since you no longer have the baffles in the exhaust. This has a side benefit of making them infinitely easier to port, if you are so inclined.

the manifold on a turbo car only takes a water feed from one of the holes. the other is sealed with a oring. blocking both holes with the na manifold isn't going to cause any problems.

Turbo rotor housings into a non turbo equals the ACV now being non functional, so if you drive in TX you have to take into consideration emissions testing.

In other words the secondary air passages from ACV to the exhaust port openings will now be blocked. Same effect if you'd gone from putting non turbo rotor housings into a Turbo engine.

Actually that can be overcome by just swapping the Front and Rear rotor housing positons. Front in rear and rear in front. See attached jpg. The attached jpg is a NON TURBO rotor housing jpgs. The TURBO housings have the secondary air passage in just the opposite positions from what is shown in the attached jpg. So it follows that you could just put the front housing where the rear goes and vice versa and then all would be *normal* as far as the air from the ACV going where it's supposed to go.

The water passages can be blocked off using freeze plugs. I saw an example of that on the Pineapple Racing site a week ago. He has a video on doing that.

Wow thx so i t need to block the extra coolent ports by freeze plugs. And than if i just switch rotors front to rear that will take care of ACV
