S4 Turbo Rotor housing to S4 n/a
So I have one good s4 n/a housings and one good s4 t2. The only thing I have to do is plug that coolant passage up and and port is to what ever size I need it to be.
IF you're using the turbo housing in an NA, then just plug the coolant port. You could swap the exhaust sleeve and put the NA sleeve into the turbo housing, or you could get another turbo sleeve and install it into your NA housing. They need to match, obviously.

Aside from the diffusers getting in the way of porting, I think one reason you'd remove the diffusers is because once the port is bigger the diffusers probably wouldn't work as intended anymore, as in they would probably work against you.
