s4 turbo into s5 na, what is needed?

I have a customer who decided to do his own turbo swap into his car, he put a series 4 motor into a series 5 convertible, then he gave up because of all the headaches. Anyways, sofar i have changed the harness over to a s4 re-wired about 10 wires in the #1 connector, re wired the crank angle sensor, re-wired the leading and trailing coils, the two connectors on the engine harness won't plug into eachother, (midway up the harness on the inside) anyways, we can't seem to get a spark, we have fuel but no spark, any more info would help, I usually don't deal with this, i told him, if you have an s5 use a s5 motor but he didn't listen. Thanks.

Standalone. Seriously. You'll spend way too much time making 20 year old technology work, and after it's all done, you'll still be stuck with a limited ECU and hacked up wiring.

Megasquirt, Microtech, Haltech, etc...When all is said and done, you'll have far few hassles if you know how to tune it.
